The vendor is required to provide a Health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) and special pay plan and its management that would accept employer contributions and other forms of special compensation for employees at the time of termination.
- Administrative services – WSD would like to outsource the following services related to this retirement benefit; these services include, but may not be limited to the following
• Enrollment processing
• Loan processing
• Beneficiary designations
• Withdrawal processing
• termination processing
• QDRO processing
• Plan transition services
• Provider transition services
- A sample of a report you propose to prepare each year for each participant for each plan.
- List names, addresses, telephone numbers and contacts of five clients (preferably school districts) for which you have implemented similar programs.
- The school district is particularly interested in knowing how your company will assist in
educating the participants about the plan and its investment options.
- Do not include tax shelter annuities.
- Options for health savings and flex spending accounts.
- On-site education for participants.
- Effective communicate
- The implementation process must assist with the education and implementation process, including meetings with small groups or individuals at times convenient to the school district, teachers, and administrators.
- Must agree to meet with employees on a group basis annually on between the firm and the participants.
- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
