The vendor is required to provide that human resources services for senior leadership positions.
- The sufficient organization, personnel and management staff with the necessary skill and judgement to perform executive search services of the type described herein that will result in the successful placement of highly qualified executive/senior level professionals in various positions within the agency.
- In performing the required services, the selected firm shall:
• Develop and implement an aggressive recruitment strategy to include sourcing job candidates through a number of different channels such as advertising in nationally recognized publications likely to attract qualified candidates, proactively reaching out to candidates in the marketplace, and utilizing other best practice recruitment strategies within in the industry;
• Develop a process and timetable for completion of the work in consultation with the human resources director or designated agency representative;
• Human resources staff for the purpose of gathering data such as, but not limited to, job descriptions, and human resources policies and procedures;
• Conduct a complete and comprehensive preliminary screening of potential candidates prior to recommending the candidate to interview to ensure that they meet the minimum eligibility requirements as defined by the job description;
• Provide detailed candidate profiles to include references for recommended candidates;
• Coordinate with appropriate authority human resources staff to schedule and conduct rigorous interviews with selected candidates;
• Assist with the coordination of placement of the selected candidate;
• The searches and select candidates for consideration without regard to their race, gender, religious affiliation, age or national origin
• Perform other activities as required in order to successfully accomplish the required scope of services.
