The vendor is required to provide for equipment and installation of one AV system in a HyFlex classroom on campus.
- A successful proposal will include the following deliverables:
• Formal quotation as separate pdf document (itemized equipment spec/model).
• Estimate lead time to deliver, install, configure new system
- Audio-visual (AV) equipment:
• The awarded vendor will be responsible for providing the set of audio-visuals (av) equipment for classroom to be upgraded.
• the equipment should match the specific manufacturer and model for all line items listed on the bid sheet of this document.
• Bidders are requested to include warranty coverage information for each line item in their proposals
- Professional services
• Delivery of equipment to install room in coordination with CIT point of contact.
• Installation of new AV systems, including mounting, wiring, and connection setup
• Testing and commissioning of the new AV systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Support services for equipment and installation as covered in proposal solution

• Touchscreen programming is done by vendor.
• Two (2) modes for room
o HyFlex: no inputs other than mediated desk computer, uses PTZ camera, digital whiteboard, desktop extends to one monitor in front, one in back and one on desktop (two (2) total displays duplicated on six (6) monitors), uses overhead speakers for room sound reinforcement.
o Classroom: standard mediation with extra components. mediated desk computer, wired, or wireless laptop options are available for display. digital whiteboard available through mediated desk computer, only 1 rear monitor is used, both front monitors duplicate interactive monitor desktop (two (2) total displays duplicated on five (5) monitors), uses overhead speakers.
• PTZ camera features the instructor as they move throughout the room as camera input into conference software.
• Nureva microphone shall be installed and cover both the instructor and students serving as the microphone input for the conferencing software.
• Clevertouch interactive displays shall act as whiteboards in each classroom and be available for screenshare in conferencing software with digital whiteboard and annotation visible to the remote audience.
• Rear wall displays one shall be a confidence monitor and should duplicate the programming on the interactive monitor; the second is a screen extension so that remote audience can be displayed in HyFlex mode or is inactive in classroom mode.
• Far end users and program audio will be heard over room speakers.
• System will be agnostic with regards to conference software. settings for in-room equipment will be appropriate for any conference software, with special attention to zoom and teams.
• This includes, but is not limited to, AEC settings.
• Instructor stations (lecterns) shall be a freedom one eLift by spectrum industries inc. with the companion equipment rack which shall contain the balance of the AV equipment, including the owner provided pc.
• the following items will complete the desk order.
o Lectern shall be 48” length
o Lectern metal shall have black finish
o Edgeband color may vary based on the laminate selected
o Companion equipment rack should have matching finishes
o Lectern shall have a custom laminate – TBD (can utilize veranda teak if necessary for pricing)
o Lectern shall have a custom logo with matching laminate (mcc graphic assets are already on file with spectrum so there are no fees for artwork).
