The Vendor is required to provide to obtain comprehensive international graduate student recruitment services for the department.
- Targeted Recruitment
• Identify key international markets that align with university graduate enrollment goals (e.g., regions with high potential for qualified applicants).
• The university will determine the graduate programs for which the qualified firm will provide services.
• Several graduate programs in the county school of business and the county college of engineering have been identified.
• As agreed upon between the university and the selected firm, more programs may be added later.
• Develop localized recruitment plans, including strategies for in-person events, virtual fairs, and partnerships with local education agents.
• Set measurable enrollment goals, such as increasing international graduate student enrollment by a specific number each year.
- Promotional efforts
• Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote university programs, focusing on unique institutional strengths like affordability, quality of education, and campus culture.
• Use culturally relevant messaging and imagery in advertising to resonate with diverse target audiences.
• Create and translate promotional materials, ensuring accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
• Before distribution, the university should pre-approve the materials.
- Application assistance
• Provide prospective students with step-by-step guidance on completing applications, including information about required documentation and deadlines.
• The individual department will provide the exact minimum requirements for each program.
• Ensure that only applications that meet the minimum requirements are submitted accurately, with complete information, and promptly to the university.
• Address application issues identified by the university, such as incomplete submissions or missing documentation.
- Admission coordination
• Track the progress of all applicants in a centralized system, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
• Serve as a liaison between prospective students and the university admissions team to streamline the review and acceptance process.
• Aim to achieve high conversion rates from inquiries to enrolled students.

- Performance metrics
• Track and report recruitment activities, including leads generated, applications submitted, and enrollment outcomes.
• Maintain a robust customer relationship management (CRM) system to log all interactions with prospective students and agents.
- Regular updates
• Provide the university with detailed monthly or quarterly reports summarizing recruitment efforts, market trends, and performance benchmarks.
• Collaborate with university stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and adjust plans as needed.
