The vendor is required to provide local awareness campaign website and document review services to update the materials we hand out to individual job seekers, businesses and agencies within our system.
1. Local awareness campaign
• The agency is seeking bids to conduct a local awareness campaign on the benefits of hiring people with disabilities.
• The target audiences are businesses and individuals with disabilities.
• Businesses should gain knowledge on why hiring people with disabilities is beneficial and people with disabilities should be encouraged to join the workforce, if they are not already working.
• Budget is $5,000
2. Review of agency documents and website
• The agency is seeking proposals to evaluate the accessibility of our customer- and business-facing program materials.
• This includes ensuring that individuals with disabilities—whether visual, auditory, cognitive, physical, or otherwise—can effectively access, understand, and interact with our content and staff while receiving essential services.
• A successful proposal will include a comprehensive accessibility assessment of our websites.
• Budget is $8,500
3. Employment website to meet scion requirements
• The agency has developed a neurodiversity hiring hub website that is currently unpublished and requires review and updates prior to launch.
• The website must align with the accessibility and inclusion standards set by the agency systems change and inclusivity opportunity network (scion).
• This initiative is focused on enhancing job access, training opportunities, and economic empowerment for individuals with disabilities.
• Budget range is $8,000-$12,000 based on complexity.
