The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive location analytics and foot traffic data platform to support data-informed decision-making across multiple departments and strategic initiatives.
- The platform will provide insights into population movement, visitation trends, and geographic behavior patterns to better inform economic development strategies, tourism promotion, infrastructure planning, and community engagement efforts.
- This solution will enable county departments to analyze visitation data, identify emerging trends, assess program impact, and make evidence-based decisions that enhance service delivery and resource allocation throughout the county.
- Provide a fully hosted, cloud-based tourism and location analytics platform with the following key deliverables:
• Cloud Deployment: The platform shall be hosted on a secure cloud environment, ensuring high availability and accessibility for authorized users.
• User Interface: The platform shall include a user-friendly interface that enables users to navigate and generate insights without requiring advanced technical expertise.
• Data Access: The platform shall include access to dashboards, reports, and historical foot traffic and location data.
• User Licenses: Provide user licenses for designated Pinal County staff across relevant departments.
• Customized Analytics: The platform shall support the development of custom reports and analytics tailored to County-specific requirements.
• Training and Support: Provide onboarding assistance, training sessions, and ongoing technical support for County users.
• Integration Capabilities: The platform shall include an Application Programming Interface (API) access and/or data export functionality to enable integration with existing County systems.
• Compliance and Data Security: Ensure all data usage complies with applicable privacy laws, regulations, and County information security policies.
