- University reserves the right to award contracts to multiple vendors and determine the effective dates of awards and agreements at its sole discretion; contracted vendors must:
• Complete annual brand training.
• Adhere to state’s brand standards.
• Provide regular progress and performance reports.
• Obtain prior written consent before subcontracting any services awarded in this rfp.
• Acknowledge that the university owns all raw and working files and footage for archival and later
use and agrees that the work belongs to and shall be the sole and exclusive property of university.
