The vendor is required to provide that marketing-video advertisement services for media creation, media buys, ad placement, plan monitoring, and optimization.
- Social media display banner ads, television video ads, and radio streaming ads, all of to promote and advertise state grown to consumers.
- The social media ads must take place on platforms such as Facebook (meta), twitter or x, YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat
• Creative: Department of agriculture will provide images needed after the vendor provides specifications. vendor must work with il department of agriculture to collaboratively write copy needs.
• Tracking: Engagement tracking for all posts, including but not limited to: click through rate, conversation rate, return on ad spend, engagement metrics, reach and impressions, return on investment, social media subscribers and followers, bounce rate and brand awareness.
• Support and account management: Will oversee content creation, editing, monitoring, strategic planning, and community management (meaning engaging with our social media community), must to report a request for communication within 48 hours.
- The social media video ads must take place on platforms not limited to: such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (x), and YouTube content creation: the vendor must provide creative assets, including
storyboarding, script, voiceover, music, shooting and editing.
• Vendor must create meta reels and YouTube shorts.
• Engagement tracking for all videos, including but not limited to: views and reach, click-through rate, watch time and completion rate, return on investment, and a/b testing.
• Video length must be about 30 seconds to a minute long, mp4.
- Vendor shall display banner ads on the google display network
• Guaranteed placement of native ads on the google display network
• Ad placement and compatibility: responsive mobile friendly
• Tracking: Impressions and click-thru reporting
• Creative: Department of agriculture will provide images needed after the vendor provides specifications.
• Rotation and frequency: determine the frequency of ad placements to maximize exposure and recall among your target audience.
- The vendor must place search engine marketing ads on google with features such as:
• Ad format: search ads, utilizing ad extensions.
• High quality score to retain higher positions and lower cost-per-clicks.
• Tracking: Impressions and click-thru reporting.
• Collaborative keyword strategy including target keywords, negative keywords, and keyword match types.
• The vendor is to provide ad copy including headlines, and ad extensions within character limit.
