RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide media agencies to support the execution of its organization marketing goals.
- The development of a comprehensive marketing strategy, media planning, media buying, placement and collaborative work in the annual, competitive, state co-operative marketing plan.
- Marketing Strategy
• The agency will assist the agency to analyze, enhance, and improve upon current marketing efforts through development of a comprehensive annual marketing strategy informed by grand county commission priorities, board input, co-op program criteria, and analysis of relevant market data; and
• The agency will be expected to perform original research such as segmentation surveys, audience testing, and focus groups to supplement existing data and research;
• At the sole discretion of the county, the grand county commission may modify and direct the marketing messaging to align with priorities.
- Media planning
• Develop an annual media plan based upon the previously described marketing strategy.
- Media buying
• Buy and place media per the previously described media plan.
• Prioritize platforms that most effectively achieve our marketing strategy while negotiating the best possible placement and rates and engagement;
• Ensure that all platforms and messaging adhere to the strategies set forth and authorized by the county;
• Manage existing vendor relationships, including billing and contracting; and
• Assist with requests and seek opportunities from sales representatives of potential new vendors. - Ongoing management of marketing campaigns
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIS) of marketing campaigns throughout their duration;
• Optimize media plan and media buying as necessary based upon insights from marketing campaign KPIS; and
• Report final results of campaigns to mot, board, and grand county commission
- Client engagement
• Provide consistent communication to agency staff as needed in order to accomplish the previously described tasks; and
• Attend grand county commission and board meetings in order to accomplish the previously described tasks.
