The vendor is required to provide a short-term agreement with a media buyer service to provide media planning, media buying and execution services, monitoring and optimization and reporting and insights to the executive director of marketing.
- The ideal firm should have experience working with a community college and/or university and will be responsible for negotiating and purchasing advertising space and time to reach agency target audiences effectively.
- This will include providing media buying strategies, analyzing options to optimize the budget and monitoring performance of purchases and reporting back to marketing.
- Include for services:
• Service provider will assign a competent project manager who has full authority to act for the service provider and who will be agency primary point of contact and coordination during the execution of the project.
• Work closely with the executive director of marketing to provide:
o Media planning
a. Strategic development and alignment with the college’s objectives and to help meet enrollment counts, media mix recommendations to reach optimal audience, media calendar and flowchart.
o Media buying and execution as agreed upon with the executive director of marketing.
o Monitoring and optimization of media purchases to ensure they are providing the desired effect.
o Reporting and insights should be provided bi-weekly via written reports delivered to the executive director of marketing.
• The service provider, its subcontractors, and agents will abide by all federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations related to fair labor practices, prohibiting discrimination in employment, and controlling workplace safety.
• Annual security training will be required for any contractor utilizing agency computer systems.
• Agency will provide training to any contractor unable to provide attestation of internal security training.
