The vendor is required to provide from organizations with expertise and experience providing medicaid enterprise systems (MES) business support services (BSS).
- Medicaid or health and human services activities, including:
• Centers for medicare services (CMS) certification support
• Medicaid and health and human services business and industry expertise
• Operational, strategic and business enterprise architecture planning subject matter expertise
• Medicaid information technology architecture (MITA) support
• Advance planning documents (APD) support, including planning, implementation, operational, close-out and annual updates
• Procurement and deliverable review activities support
• CMS payment reconciliation and enhanced funding allocation verification
• Federal communication review, guidance, and expertise
b. Information systems (is) operations activities, including:
• Current state business process documentation
• Future state business process improvement recommendations
• Contractor and invoice compliance support
• Content management support, including maintenance of agency document repositories
• Testing execution support
• Dashboard support and analytics reporting
• Accounting and budget support
• Additional business support services as requested by agency
