The vendor is required to provide medical record retrieval services for corporation renal transplant center.
- The service must include the ability to collect, digitize, organize, store, and secure medical records and images for prompt clinical viewing. 
- These medical records and images must be made securely available to the clinical department designated staff for review within 7-10 business days of request. 
- This service must provide authorized clinicians’ immediate access to medical records and full-resolution diagnostic-quality images at any time. 
- The nature of the patient information that will be accessed and transferred, the successful vendor will be required to sign corporation business associate agreement (“BAA”) specific to their compliance with the health insurance portability and accountability act (“HIPAA”).
