The vendor is required to provide microsoft enterprise agreement customer and our current microsoft enterprise agreement expires on June 30, 2025.
- The city is seeking proposals to secure a microsoft licensing service provider or a microsoft cloud service provider (CSP) to work with the city’s IT department commencing July 1, 2025.
- The city has a single microsoft tenant with multiple domains attached, and currently use microsoft enterprise agreement, annual cloud solutions provider licenses and select plus licenses.
- Requirements
• Provide insights, support services, and recommendations regarding changes to microsoft products, licenses and services;
• Provide advice on products/services based on the city’s existing licenses or services that may enhance the city’s value cost savings or productivity;
• Perform annual true-ups or null orders with microsoft each year of the agreement as required.
• Recommend changes to licenses to ensure the city maintains compliance and receives best value from the microsoft enterprise agreement.
• Renews and procurement of licenses for existing licenses, including device licenses are maintained; and
• Assist in the effective use of any additional microsoft benefit services provide as part of the microsoft enterprise agreement.
- Service hours
• The city’s business hours are Monday to Friday inclusive, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 pm, pacific time, excluding statutory or civic holidays observed in state.
- The supplier is to have personnel available during these hours.
