RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide an online multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS) platform for prek-12 teachers in the district.
• Provide a comprehensive web-based platform that supports literacy, math and behavior for student intervention/MTSS plans inclusive of district historical data over the past 12 years.
• Demonstrate how MTSS platform supports the following:
1. Identification of student needs with an early warning system, with current data and historical data of agency students over the past 12 years.
2. Progress monitoring structures that graph and show trend lines and rates of improvement, with current student data history as well as pas data history.
• Provide opportunities for data analysis and customizable dashboards and reports that enable educators to evaluate intervention success and refine strategies.
• Provide a system that integrates with state’s agency special education system for case management and alignment with special education and 504.
• Ensure minimal implementation requirements, and minimal need for professional learning and support for schools to implement ASAP beginning July 2025.
1. Ensure consistency and stability for school year 2025-2026, student plans will be accessible and usable without interruption
• Provide translation of the plan and documentation as needed.
• Provide a local team of state consultants with proximity to agency to ensure close collaboration and assist the district to achieve MTSS goals.  
• The system shall allow for the export of data to be used with other data systems such as student information systems (sis), instructional management systems (IMS), and learning management systems (LMS); or, in the case of staff systems, oracle or other data systems.
• Data will be provided in a spreadsheet or database format; describe how the solution provides for the export or transfer of data, including all formats and methods supported.
• Must provide support for the most recently released versions of Google Chrome Browser.
- Data Deletion and Retention
• User data will be deleted no longer than six months after a user has been removed from the provisioning view.
• While under contract, the system must maintain student data records for a minimum of five (5) years and make these records available to the district.
• Upon termination, all information in the vendor’s system, including any confidential and proprietary district information, shall be returned back to agency.
• Customer support must be available to district and school administrative users by phone and email during regular business hours (M-F, 8-5 Eastern Standard Time).
• Identify any additional support avenues that may be available such as online chat.
