The Vendor is required to provide for a platform that provides real-time insight into overall operational readiness progress and any issues or risks that could impact our success.  
- A platform that will empower decision-making based on facts and show progress on key activities in the most important areas like familiarization and training.
- Provide for operational readiness and airport transfer (ORAT) software at the state airport.
- Provide ORAT Software that meets the following criteria:
• Centralized system that has guided workflows with embedded best practices, a dedicated portal for stakeholders, and augmented analytics.
• Facilitates stakeholder engagement.
• Assists with eliminating or mitigating risk.
• Minimizes operational impacts.
• Establishes relevant checklists for all activities.
• Ensures operational readiness for each facility opening during a project.
• Assembles all the unique owner-specific workflows to achieve predictable, successful project outcomes.
• Streamlines planning and execution, has immediate visibility into readiness tasks, stakeholder engagement, familiarization, training, and critical trial and simulation exercises.
• Personalized dashboards that highlight upcoming and overdue activities, potential bottlenecks, and items needing immediate attention of work and construction progress.
