The vendor is required to provide Processing and Marketing of Recyclable Materials Services for include:

• Gross Weight (kilograms)
• Tare Weight (kilograms)
• Net Weight (kilograms)

2. Marketing of Container Stream Recyclable Materials
• The Proponent shall indicate in Price Schedule 6 the percentage of revenue from the sale of the Container Stream (Blue Box) Recyclable Materials that would be distributed to the Purchaser.
• Revenue for processed Container Stream recyclable materials shall be based upon the methodology described in the awarded Proponent’s RFP submission and as negotiated by both parties.
• The successful Proponent shall arrange for shipment of processed Recyclable Materials to End Markets and such arrangements shall include the preparation and execution of all documents in relation to the shipment.
• The successful Proponent shall be responsible for the collection of revenue from the sale of Recyclable Materials.

1. Processed Fibrous Recyclables (Black Box)
• Based on monthly reports provided by the current service provider, the four participating school boards combined generated 745.68 metric tonnes of black box fibrous material from 01 January 2024 to 31 December 2024.
2. Processed Recyclable Containers (Blue Box)
• Based on monthly reports provided by the current service provider, the four participating boards combined generated 53.22 metric tonnes of blue box recyclable material plus an estimated 25.36 metric tonnes of waste from 01 January 2024 to 31 December 2024.
