The vendor is required to provide WordPress website hosting, regular maintenance and support services for agency existing website (nsem.ca).
- service providers who have recent, relevant experience providing proven WordPress website hosting, maintenance and support services to organizations of a similar size and nature and who can satisfy the requirements.
 - WordPress in January 2024 for its content management system (“CMS”). 
- Currently eleven (11) users have administrator access to the WordPress site.

2. Maintenance
• Website performance testing to resolve any issues that may arise
• Website safety and security
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Quality assurance testing
• Bug repairs
• Weekly website backups to prevent data loss in case of any unforeseen incidents
• SSL (secure sockets layers) certificate
3. Support services
• Expert assistance and support
• Technical support and troubleshooting
• Ten (10) hours per month of website support, which can be used for web development, graphic design and digital marketing services
• A dedicated team to provide support services as and when needed
• Full website restoration and clean-up, should the website be hacked, or disaster recovery plan to safeguard the website data and content.
