The Vendor is required to provide for as-needed design, analysis, installation, and maintenance support services from a qualified and experienced public safety radio communications firm for projects in county.
- Emergency Responder Radio Coverage system planning and design
- Microwave system planning and design
- Microwave line of sight surveys
- Detailed path analysis
- Tower inspections, audits, analysis and repair
- Frequency coordination and licensing for microwave systems
- Antenna systems installation, integration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Microwave link end to end testing
- Cutover plan and execution
- Documentation
- Removal and disposition of old system components
- Radio tower services as requested:
• Foundation upgrades
• Base plate strengthening
• Tower leg reinforcement
• Internal lacing additions
• External bracing
• Diagonal and horizontal member replacement
• Rust abatement
• Hardware replacement
• Tower extensions.
