The vendor is required to provide an advertising and media agency to serve as our agency of record for media and web purchasing and placement as well as creative development of tv and radio commercials.
- Develop a direct relationship with an agency that can assist the foundation in consolidating its media marketing and purchasing efforts and help extend our brand to various target audiences.
- Emphasis would be focused on advertising for donor interest and participation.
- The target audience for this sustained advertising strategy is broad and diverse.
- It will include potential donors, parents, alumni, civic and business leaders, businesses and industries.
- The intent of the advertising and marketing efforts is to create awareness of the successes of the community foundation.
- The resulting action would be the attraction of additional donors and partners in helping to support community students and the college.
- The successful agency shall perform the following services:
• Development of a comprehensive advertising strategy.
• Creative services (campaign ideation, copywriting, visual content creation).
• Media buying and placement.
• Possibly some digital marketing (social media campaigns, email marketing, SEO and SEM strategies).
• Event promotion. - In order to have a consistent point-of-contact for developing creative media advertising and purchase/placement of said media advertising, community foundation executive director is seeking an agency of record.
- Tasks shall include but shall not be limited to the following:
• Detailed advertising plan with timelines and milestones.
• Creative assets (e.g., videos, graphics, written content).
• Media placement schedule and rationale.
• Social media advertising (if applicable and needed)
• Commercials – broadcast and streaming
• Radio commercials
• Digital advertising
- Project organization
• The organizational and operational structure it proposes to utilize for the work described and identify the responsibilities to be assigned to each person vendor proposes to staff the work.
