The vendor is required to provide advertising firms to design, implement and manage a comprehensive social media and advertising campaign aimed at recruiting and hiring police officers.
- Creation and execution of an advertising marketing campaign to attract police officer applicants
- Developing a comprehensive marketing and advertising strategy to recruit qualified police officers:
• Utilizing google ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant social media platforms (excluding TikTok) to engage potential candidates
• Implementing targeting strategies to reach the most relevant and qualified audience for police officer recruitment
• Create a female focused digital marketing campaign to drive agency commitment to the 30 x 30 initiative
- Ad campaign management:
• Setting up and managing paid campaigns across google, Meta, and other platforms
• Continuous monitoring and optimization of ad performance
• Providing weekly or monthly reports on key metrics, including engagement, reach, click-through rates, and conversion (application submissions)
- Collaboration:
• Working closely with the county police department human resources and office public safety team to ensure messaging aligns with the city’s values and recruiting needs
• Providing recommendations on how to optimize campaign messaging and targeting
- Data analytics & reporting:
• Using data analytics tools to track and measure campaign success, providing insights on performance and suggesting adjustments to improve outcomes
• Delivering regular reports with clear insights on key performance indicators (KPI’S)
- Creative capabilities:
• Ability to create compelling and engaging content tailored to the target audience
• Experience in effectively utilizing digital ad creatives (videos, images, text) that drive action
