The vendor is required to provide recruitment and staffing agencies to provide permanent placements for county-operated programs when traditional methods of recruitment are unsuccessful in providing timely resources.
- This service will be mostly utilized for filling in or substituting critical positions throughout the department, especially in justice system, crisis services, and clinical settings where there may be short supply and high need.
- Department also requires the services of psychologists, behavioral health clinicians, counselors, clinical social workers, mental health specialists, etc. to cover absences or shortages of personnel at any county-operated program site.
- County-operated program sites generally operate Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except on county holidays, though hours of operation vary depending on the site. in some cases, a site may operate on a 24/7 basis.
- Department provides mental health and substance abuse services to seriously mentally ill individuals residing in our communities and incarcerated in the county jail.
- Program employees are multi-disciplinary.
- Recruitment agency hires will report to their designated department managers and supervisors or directors in the department.
