The vendor is required to provide that scheduling and timekeeping solution is seeking proposals from qualified offerors for a scheduling and timekeeping system solution
-To dietary, nursing, admin, housekeeping, etc. for a scheduling and timekeeping system.
-The county a solution that enables the county to manage its various employees’ work schedules and payroll requirements and must meet the following function and technical requirements:
•Functional and technical requirements.
oFunctional and technical requirements checklist specify the mandatory functionality and operability of the solution.
oEach offeror responding to this agency must include a fully completed in its proposal. failure of an offeror to include a fully completed in its agency may result in disqualification of such offeror as nonresponsive.
•Avoiding software modification/customization:
oAn offeror responds to any requirement with the response of “modification”, offeror must include the cost associated with such modification/customization in both “unit price” and “total cost” of the “solution implementation cost”.
oAlso identify and detail such modification/customization with associated cost on a separate sheet labeled ‘modification/customization and associated cost statement”.
oThe award or during the implementation the county reserves the right to ascertain whether there are options available to meet the subject requirement(s) other than the modification/customization detailed on the implementation pricing.
oThe county’s first response to any requirement marked with “modification” will be to revisit whether that requirement is a truly necessary component of the solution.
•Documentation/information regarding functional and technical requirements.
oThe documentation/information requested in (i) – (vii) of this section iii(c) must be included in each proposal submitted in response to this rco.
oAn offeror to include all such documentation/information in its proposal may result in the disqualification of offeror’s proposal as nonresponsive

oSolution must provide capabilities to export data into various formats.
oOfferor must include in its proposal submitted in response to this agency a detailed description and documentation of its export process.
•Payroll functions.
oHandling the bargaining unit’s unique pay rules allowing for flexibility for any changes to the bargaining unit.
oAutomatically populate timesheets from a schedule.
oSend out open shift notifications to prospective employees via text message and/or email.
oAllow employees the ability to make request for leave and/or shift trades and receive approvals for those leave request and/or shift trades via text message and/or email.
oProvide ability to track and report family medical leave act pay rules and types
oProvide audit trail
oTrack certifications/training and notifications to staff of any issues or expirations
-Contract Period/Term: 5 years
