The vendor is required to provide to perform on a as needed basis the installation of access control systems and emergency phones for department on an as needed basis.
• Provide quotes for specific task orders requested by the university including itemized breakdown of materials.
• Install and remove access control system and program or perform any other related work.
• Upon completion of work, provide licenses and programming services.
• Contractor will be required to follow drawings for the project, if provided.
• Contractor will be required to perform for new construction projects as well as remodel and renovation projects. 
• This may include collaborative work with the capital project steam, institutional project steam and our maintenance and operations team.
