The vendor is required to provide video detection solutions services for include:
• Web-based remote connectivity 
• Power and data must be transmitted to the cabinet solely via electrical cable 3-conductor 
• Preferably mounted using with an “auto-scope mounting pedestal” or approved equal 
• Must be able to distinguish shadows from vehicles reliably (accuracy of at least 95%), same applies for all weather conditions.
• The device must have capability for stop bar detection and advanced detection for a distance of at least 400 feet
• The device must have capability for live video stream via web-based browser
• Must work with NEMA ts2 type 2 cabinet
• Provide support for installation and troubleshooting.
