The Vendor is required to provide of a senior PowerBI and data solutions analyst to contribute the development of reporting solutions for the division and support establishing a strong foundation for the Microsoft fabric environment and reporting best practices.
- The solution will improve data accuracy, accessibility, and visualization while reducing manual effort and errors.
- The team is working on the continued development of the Microsoft dynamics 365- based home system, partner portal, and enhancement of corporation digital services to improve access to affordable housing.
- Senior Power BI and Data Solutions Analyst include:
• Lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced power bi and paginated reports with a focus on accuracy, usability, and performance. 
• Ensure alignment with enterprise data strategy, working closely with data engineers and business analysts in the Microsoft fabric environment.
• Consolidate and streamline overlapping report requests to reduce redundancy and improve reporting efficiency.
• Support guidance and adoption of Microsoft fabric best practices in report building and data modeling to ensure efficient, maintainable solutions. 
• Translate CRM data structures (i.e. ERDS) into structured and scalable data products.
• Build and manage reusable certified data models using Microsoft fabric tools, including dataflows, Lake House, warehouse, pipelines, etc.
• Provide power bi self-service tools training to enable independent data exploration for business users.
• Conduct workshops and develop documentation to support data literacy and empower end users.
• Support the reporting team to act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, helping them understand and extract value from reporting solutions.
