The vendor is required to provide for the supply of H2s and corrosion mitigation solution in lift stations with special requirements.

- Special requirements
• Provide comprehensive operating and service manuals where applicable SDS sheets will be required for each location
• Provide details on return of goods policy.
• No restocking fee for return of stock items is acceptable.
• Advise the cost involved for return of non-stocked items.
• The related paperwork to be supplied to the township within 15 days of the items being picked up.
• The township reserves the right to terminate this contract if the supplied solution does not meet the township of requirement of h2s control based on historical data related to volume of chemical verses h2s mitigation values.
• Solution volume must be metered, and volume recorded separately for each location and provided as separate line items on invoicing,
• Contractor will need to ensure delivery vehicle can access into each station or use hose to pump into storage tanks from a safe location.
• The cleanup of any spill resulting from the filling of the storage tanks will be the contractor’s responsibility.
