The Vendor is required to provide third-party staffing agencies for various services.
- Provide expert and experienced services in the provision of temporary and direct hire staffing services.
- Provide quality service along with dependable and reliable customer service.
- Services include but not limited to:
• State Certified Classroom Teachers
• Diagnosticians
• Custodial and General Maintenance
• Lawn and Grounds Workers
• Warehouse Workers
• Accounting/Business
• General Office (Clerical Data Entry)
• Security Personnel
• School Bus Drivers
• Other Positions as needed
• Provide administrative supervision of assigned temporary personnel.
• Collect and maintain timesheets for all temporary personnel assigned to district.
• Monitor and address personnel, turnover or other job-related issues as communicated to the vendor by district.
• Provide general accounting services, i.e., paycheck distribution, invoice and/or timesheet reconciliation, etc.
• Maintain a quality assurance/quality control program for assigned temporary personnel.
• Vendor shall screen and evaluate all personnel for education, work experience, and technical skills for the job position to be assigned prior to presentation to district.
• All temporary personnel presented by the vendor to district for assignment consideration shall be qualified, i.e., shall have the education, credentials, certifications, licenses, work experience, and technical skills required for the job position assigned.
• For technical positions, the vendor shall ensure the candidates have the appropriate knowledge and experience in the area of specialization.
• Personnel shall be expected to dress appropriately according to the job assignment and environment.
