The Vendor is required to provide to replace all current physical timeclocks that were purchased from multiple suppliers with a single supplier solution.

• At the time the solicitation posted, below is the current population (subject to change).
1. 3,540 employees and 70 timeclocks.
- The timeclocks will only be required to collect employee punch times.
- Payable time calculations will not be executed at the timeclock level.
- Implement a time collection solution that will integrate into PeopleSoft’s v9.2 Time and Labor Module.
- The solution must deliver physical timeclocks, timeclock software and integrations from PeopleSoft to the timeclock as well as the integration from the timeclock to Time and Labor.
- Must deliver:
• Physical timeclocks
• Software for each timeclock
• Integration from PeopleSoft HCM to the timeclock
• Integration from the timeclock to PeopleSoft Time and Labor
