The vendor is required to provide video gaming services at the 2025 and 2026, du quoin state fair.
- All video gaming terminals (VGT) supplied by the Vendor shall comply fully with the Illinois gaming board’s technical standards for video gaming terminals and with the board.
- Vendor shall be imposed a tax of 35% on the net terminal income received from video gaming under this act, which shall be remitted to the state gaming board and deposited into the state fairgrounds capital improvements and harness racing fund.
- A video terminal operator who falsely reports or fails to report the amount due required by this section is guilty of a class 4 felony and is subject to termination of his or her license by the board
- All payments not remitted when due shall be paid together with a penalty assessment on the unpaid balance at a rate of 1.5% per month.
- Provide the newest, most popular video gaming terminals throughout the term of this contract.
- Video gaming terminals must be located in an area that is restricted to persons over 21 years of age
- Provide at least one licensed terminal handler per location in which it places VGTs at the state fair to repair the VGTs and monitor them as required under state gaming board.
- Vendor is responsible for replacing any broken or non-working VGT’S within twelve (12) hours of non-operation.
- Vendor shall supply all associated video gaming equipment necessary to operate video gaming terminals, including redemption devices.
- Provide vendor parking passes at no cost for vendor’s employees performing work on the fairgrounds, as reasonable and mutually agreed by the parties.
