The vendor is required to provide video teleconferencing equipment and services.
- Video conferencing equipment (VC)
• Microphones;
• Displays;
• Monitors;
• Headphones/headsets;
• Cameras;
• Speakers;
• Lighting;
• Digital whiteboards;
• Acoustical conditioning materials; and
• Furniture that is integral to the functionality of the video conferencing equipment.
- Applications for these equipment shall include, but not be limited to:
• Distance learning;
• Judicial arraignment and video testimony;
• Administrative meetings; and
• Command and control centers.
- Labor categories
- The labor category titles sought after in this bid solicitation are the following:
• Project manager – an individual who is trained and capable of coordinating the preparation and installation of proposed VC equipment
• Technical engineer – an individual who is trained and capable of providing higher level technical support than either installation technicians or project managers
• Installation technician – an individual that is trained and capable of installing and maintaining proposed VC equipment
• Trainer – an individual who is knowledgeable about the operation of the VC equipment proposed, and can impart that knowledge to using agency personnel
- Customer support service
• Provide the using agency with access to dedicated representatives at no additional cost, to provide the following general support functions:  
- Account management:
• Account manager – this function is responsible for overall contract management; development and presentation of equipment recommendations; and shall be the primary using agency access point for all equipment development resources.
• Sales engineer – this function is responsible for using agency technical support and consultation.
- Service management:
• Service manager - this function is responsible for oversight and escalation for customer service provisioning, maintenance, and billing functions.
- On site requirements
• The contractors shall be responsible for on-site responsibilities such as, but not limited to:
• Providing lightning and/or surge protection on all contractor equipment, network and electrical circuits;
• Protect and secure all contractor materials, supplies and equipment;
• Clean up and removal of all debris and packaging material from the site resulting from any work; and
• Leaving the premises in a clean and orderly condition.
