The vendor is required to provide all necessary components of a voicemail system and web-based interface.
- Investigators must have access to monitor recorded voicemails for all facilities
- The system must establish a client pin (including pin restrictions) for the client to access their voicemail account.
- The system interface must have the capabilities for department staff to search for received voicemails, monitored voicemails, to specific number(s), by specific CID(s), from specific facility(s), or from specific phone channel(s) within an authorized staff-defined date and time parameter
- System must provide automated reports to staff.
- The system database must be accessible to department personnel to create reports on demand.
- System vendor must provide a detailed service level agreement including but not limited to resolution times and support options
- The system must provide a means for a department system administrator to add, edit, delete, or suspend an existing user.
- Reports must be created either ad hoc or on an automated scheduled basis.
- The search results must be able to be exported as a pdf or excel file.
- The system interface results should display and be able to be department staff-searchable by phone number, date, time, CID, client name, duration, date monitored and investigator id.

- The message must automatically terminate when maximum time of 15 seconds is reached.
- The system must be fully automated without need for a live operator.
- Callers call a telephone number and enter in a code or identification code to be connected to a user’s voicemail box to leave a message.
- Messages must be stored and made available for department staff monitoring on a web-based system interface.
