The vendor is required to provide for system integration (SI) services to enhance or replace our current website technology platform, including a framework to modernize and synchronize division webpages, the capability for the business divisions to maintain content, and utilizing artificial intelligence (ai) technology with knowledge-based content to enhance customer experience and interactions with the department.
- This future-state website will be an important source for department-related information, an important customer communication channel to a new, department-wide call center, and integrate with a centralized complaints management system (CMS).
- Provide overall management, supervision, and administrative support of all activities performed by the SI, working in close collaboration with the department pm to coordinate project activities that involve department staff and ensure timely project completion.
- These will be reviewed and formally approved by department representatives, through the agreed upon process.
- Perform requirements gathering and analysis, identify process improvements (“as-is” and “to-be” process flows), and develop wireframe designs.
- Configure, test, and implement an enhanced website solution, using a hybrid agile approach, to offer real-time workflows, task management, content management, reporting, analytics, dashboard displays, and secure data storage in a government federal risk and authorization management program authorized cloud platform as necessary.
- Implement integration and interfaces with existing systems and tools.
- Utilize department automated service management tools for project work and ticket management.
- Plan, organize, and schedule all organizational change management (OCM) activities for the project.
- Perform OCM activities that will promote adoption of the new solution, including user system training.
- Provide 90-day warranty support after production roll-out is complete.
- Perform project closeout activities during project completion, including the development of deliverables and knowledge and system transfer.
