The vendor is required to provide that website hosting services to build web templates and incorporate the templates into the CMS structure as part of a new website redesign project.
- Plan should enable the university college to reach enrollment goals, enhance the current student experience, engage alumni, inform key stakeholders, and help build a positive image of the college through its website.
- The development partner is to provide all back-end development and implementation (e.g., server configuration, template creation, module customization, migration plan, content entry, etc.)
- Throughout the website implementation, the contractor shall meet with the vice chancellor for enrollment management and student life, the webmaster, and other necessary parties to assess and research the needs and then coordinate the development, implementation, and management of the college's website.
- CMS Features:
• Ability to create interactive forms in the CMS to be used on the website with the ability to send multiple receivers the submitted content.
• Ability to create directory profile pages for faculty and staff. (i.e., the ability to add a pic, name, title, dept., bio, education, office location, and phone, email, and certification badges earned.
• CMS provides the ability to choose HTML/code view when adding/updating content.
• Ability to create re-directs (i.e., ability to point several pages to one URL).
• Ability to add keywords/descriptions for each page for site search use.
