The vendor is required to provide website redesign and migration services for include:
1. Website design & styling
• Conduct a discovery phase with the project's stakeholders, learning what their goals, needs, and requirements are regarding the new website's design.
• Create multiple iterations of the proposed design mockups.
• Complete multiple rounds of stakeholder feedback collection and design mockup changes.
2. New Kentico live site
• Coding and development work required to create the model-view-controller (MVC) web application (Kentico live site).
• Creation of page types/templates.
• Implementation of google analytics (ga4).
• Implementation of a site-search feature, preferably using google custom search.
• Design and styling of the website and pages.
• Utilization of a Kentico media library for document/file/image storage.
• Provide documentation that details any libraries or packages utilized in the live site’s source code.
• Adhere to the best practices and guidelines established in the agency secure application and system development guidelines.
• Ensure that the new website meets web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level aa success criteria and conformance requirements.
• The new website must utilize the bootstrap framework, version 4 or newer.
3. Content creation and migration
• Identify specific content that must be migrated to the new website.
• Identify and create new content.
4. Custom widgets
• Assist the project stakeholders in identifying required custom widgets.
• Develop the custom widgets required.
5. training
• Train the website editors on content creation for the new website.
• Complete a review of the Kentico live site’s source code with the website administrators.
6. Implementation
• The implementation plan must include, but not be limited to, the following:
o A plan to minimize service disruptions during the launch of the new website.
o A detailed checklist of tasks required to successfully launch the new website.
o A detailed checklist of tasks required to verify the successful launch of the new website.
• The new website will be added to agency existing Kentico implementation.
• The new website will be hosted on-premises on agency servers.
• The Kentico structured query language (SQL) database will be hosted on-premises on agency servers.
7. Post-launch warranty
• The post-launch warranty must last for at least 90 days after the launch of the new website.
• A formal bug and issue submission and resolution process must be created.
