The vendor is required to provide to ensure the reliable, secure, and enhanced operation of its online presence, including the website and related applications, through expert technical support, infrastructure management, and proactive problem-solving.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in umbraco content management system, hosting, and security, alongside strong communication and project management skills to foster a seamless and effective partnership.
- This includes continuous monitoring, disaster recovery, and the management of microsite website all while maintaining financial accountability and adhering to contractual obligations.

- Service should include best security practices and provide the capabilities to handle global content distribution.
- Minimum requirements for the production server are as follows:
• Windows server 2012 or higher+ SQL server 2016 or higher
• CPU: 4vcpu;
• RAM: 4 GB;
• Storage: 80 GB.
- Provide continuous monitoring on all public-facing servers.
- The monitoring shall include the following:
• Database outages;
• Content delivery outages;
• Latency of content delivery;
• Attempts to gain access to server;
• Attempts to attack site content or prevent content from being served.
- Provide backup and disaster recovery.
- Backups shall be available for the last three days and shall include all database files and application files related to the hosted websites and applications.
- The servers shall be backed up and able to be restored within 6 hours of any catastrophic incident.
- Provide monthly retainer hours, which are designed to provide support for regular identified tasks associated with the ongoing operation of the website.
- Provide contract support for at least eight (8) hours per month.
- Maintain the site with the following tasks:
• Application of server security patches;
• Monitoring servers and application up-time;
• Monitoring and clean-up hard-disk usage;
• Responding to outages or other issues;
• Handling and renewing SSL certificates.
- Hosting and Infrastructure Management: Proficiency in managing hosting environments, specifically with Rackspace Technology, including server administration (Windows Server, SQL Server) and network operations.
- Security and Monitoring: Expertise in implementing and managing robust security measures, including server security patches, intrusion detection, and continuous monitoring of server and application uptime, database outages, and content delivery.
- Backup and Disaster Recovery: Proven ability to provide reliable backup and disaster recovery solutions, ensuring data integrity and rapid restoration capabilities within specified timeframes.
