Digitization Service

The vendor is required to provide that board minutes books digitization service for the digital images of the records with the ability to link to the site, scan minutes books on site at courthouse or other county facility during normal business hours.
-There are 58 books with an estimated 39,000 pages.
-Books are 12.5” by 18.5” in size.
-Ten books are bound, and 48 books are pinned.
-The hosted service shall provide the public with the ability to search the records by date.
-Images shall be maintained at a tier iii-compliant data center with backup, including one offline backup.
-Scanning and imaging services, setting up the indexing process and online hosting system, and providing one copy of images to the county.
-Contract Period/Term: 2 Months
