RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide fund marketing team, conceptualize, produce, edit, and manage the strategic distribution of all digital content for the action fund's executive director’s and fund’s social media channels, for a 12-month period.
- Strategic Advisory:
•    Advise on Omni channel social media campaign strategy/approaches, routinely recommend strategic shifts, content types, or engagement strategies based on current/relevant trends;
•    Propose content focus by campaign, channel, etc., for decision by the action fund marketing team;
•    Provide social media advertising spend recommendations, execution, and management of paid posts; and
•    Advise on, and maintain consistent brand management for, executive director and action fund channels in terms of visual identity, voice/tone, content approach, follower engagement, etc.
- Social media content production:
•    Produce visual and/or video assets optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and e-newsletter with caption copy as needed;
•    Respond dynamically to social media trends, important news moments involving the action fund executive director, the action fund or national trust, or regular action fund and national trust integrated marketing campaigns; 
•    Manage the executive director and action fund social media content calendar, tracking content from concept to finalization and post scheduling with oversight from the action fund marketing team; and
•    Manage storage of raw assets and finalized collateral for all social media and video content in the action fund’s dropbox.
- Short- and long-form video production:
•    Produce a monthly state-based video shoot with the fund’s executive director
•    Develop shoot brief for review by the action fund marketing team 
•    Book venues, videographers, and any other staff needed; handle all equipment, set up, and tear down
•    Capture video content
•    Lead determination of short- and/or long-form video products to be created from content captured
•    Run post-production editing and roll-out process for all video products, according to pre-determined production schedule
- Content analytics and reporting:
•    Monthly impact report on content/channel performance and learnings;
•    Strategic POV on what performance metrics we should track; and
•    Maintain library of performance reports / metrics over time.
