The vendor is required to provide that accounting and payroll software solution that include accounts receivable payable, taxation, utilities, business licences and cemetery management and a citizen self-serve portal.
-ERP Solution that includes full cycle accounting software focusing on municipal services including but not limited to accounts receivable/ payable, taxation, utilities, business licences and cemetery management and a citizen self-serve portal.
-Payroll solution can either be a part of the accounting package, or a standalone option that integrates seamlessly into the chosen accounting package.

-Financial Software that has a central data base for all financial transactions and seamlessly integrates with Citi wide asset management software and has tested
-ERP financial solution, including payroll, employee self-serve and HRIS functionality

-Payroll users, includes regular biweekly, plus, monthly council and firefighter payroll.
-Implementation costs, and over what timeline.
-Licensing cost for year of implementation plus following three years.
-Proven integration with Badger water meters, as well as the capabilities to adapt to new metering systems as the Town moves towards residential water meters.
-Contract Period/Term: 3 years
