The Vendor is required to provide an employee evaluation system would provide a comprehensive management tool to all departments and sites for all job classifications.
- District employs approximately 1,700 staff members.
- Provide clear alignment to research based instructional competencies: environmental – climate and culture and physical space; teacher planning, student engagement, use of data to inform instruction, evidence based instructional strategies, standards alignment.
- Provide measurement of professional competencies: collaborative, respectful, problem solver, willingness to try, participate outside of classroom for betterment of school, and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors, reflective.
- Provide alternative evaluation routes based on performance.
- Provide ability to customize evaluation tool for all roles within and educational establishment; for example: nurses, administration, instructional coaches, admin assistance, facilities.
- Provide usability of platform/forms: manageable, electronic signatures, additional tools outside of just the evaluation system- i.e. walkthrough form, resources for coaching/growth of employee, can see evaluations for employees who are shared across sites, ability to clearly align to strategic plan/mission and vision of the district, links to google and automated messaging; link to power schools, able to archive evaluations, integrates with Power School.
- Service provider agrees to the provisions of this data agreement and to the requirements of state and federal law with respect to the receipt, review, storage and transmission of information received from the district.
- In providing services to the district, service provider may have access to confidential records, data and information concerning students and employees of the district.
- This data agreement shall be in addition to any underlying agreement for goods and services entered into between the parties.
- Provider will use information only for the purpose of fulfilling its duties and providing services as agreed to in any underlying agreement for goods or services.
