Clearview AI

The Vendor is required to provide Clearview AI services must include the capability to:
• Allow for up to 1600 accesses to search Clearview AI database with online, open-source images not available through other Facial Recognition software.
• Offer billions of images sourced from data other than criminal offenders and registered sex offenders; to include, news articles, public record sites, social media posts, etc.
• Return results with source documentation for public images.
• Manage case research and investigations.
• Use Clearview AI’s patented algorithm that has 99% accuracy across all demographics.
• Perform searches of public only facial imagery for the purposes of supporting official, authorized work of government agencies.
• Provide facial images alongside links to webpages for official authorized government work by government agencies.
• Facilitate system oversight, compliance with user agency policies, auditing, and reporting features.
• Use a unified platform of identity management, allowing for customized gallery enrollments, still image extraction, public online imagery access, and facial recognition capability.
- Provide the commodities and services described in compliance with all requirements of the Contract on a no minimum, as needed, as requested basis.
- Providing financial statements in its Proposal, a Bidder may provide a statement regarding its financial stability and viability to perform under any resulting contract
- Provide information and any other financial information reasonably requested by department consistent with the services provided by Bidder or otherwise required by the then applicable department policies for similar contracts.
- Organizational, biographical, and Financial Rating information, if applicable, for the Bidder.
