The vendor is required to provide that labor market research tool that provides data and analytics for regional, state, and national job markets.
-Tool must provide access to state regionalized labor market data, as well as data for contiguous states and national level, for making decisions to better align programs with workforce needs.
-The web-based software tool must be able to supply labor market and job posting analytics to assist the agency in developing employer partnerships, align curricula with in-demand skills and industries, and help define career pathways.
-The successful offeror shall meet the required qualifications that follow:
•Product utilizes an adaptive design, i.e., adapts to any device used, including, but not limited to mobile devices, desktop, standard browsers, such as edge, fire fox, chrome, safari, mac, internet connection speeds and device types.
•Provides a product administration that is cloud based and not dependent on an app or on premises software.
•Able to analyze job postings, industry, occupation, salary and education data at a regional and
national level.
•Allow for customization of regions by geography and/or radius from an address.
•Allow for the development and analysis of custom industry and occupational groups.
•Include traditional and real-time labor market data from multiple public sources such as county of labor statistics.
•Information on job postings, educational programs, skills, employers, and job titles must also be in
the system.
•The data derived from your tool allows users to find how academic programs align with industry demand, analyze current, historical, and projected labor market demand by employers, understand the workforce needs of employers and key industries, analyze wage trends, find gaps in employer needs, identify in-demand and emerging industries and occupations, and identify in-demand and emerging skills to inform curricula.
•Product allows users to assess economic events in regions, model employer staffing changes related to these events, and develop a regional response based on identified impact.
•Data from your tool is easily manipulated and includes current, historical, and forecasted labor market information. please provide screenshots as necessary.
•Provide relevant, standard reporting capabilities and support the development of customized reports. reports must be available in word, excel, and/or pdf formats.
•Capabilities and provide screenshots as necessary.
•Able to publicly display or publish exported information through the software, including data, graphics, and descriptions with proper attribution.
•Include any guidelines you have on sharing this information with third parties
•Additional related labor market analytics products or services, if applicable.
•Provide unlimited support with training and troubleshooting through online, e-mail, call, and/or virtual interactions.
-The methodology and process for identifying performance criteria, levels of acceptable service and monitoring and reporting activities.
-The metrics for integration transaction success and cycle times; uptime and maximum downtimes; and meantime to repair.
-Company intends on providing technical support via telephone and email and identify error levels and response times.
-Provide a draft service level agreement that incorporates performance commitments, obligations, and expectations.
-The methodology and process for establishment of an escalation process for problem resolution
-The methodology, performance metrics, expectations, and obligations for performance regarding customer service and help desk activities.
