Online Learning Management System

The Vendor is required to provide online learning management system all necessary labor, transportation, equipment and any other necessary or incidental need to successfully complete and provide services in accordance with the specifications.
- All work performed shall be performed and completed in accordance with best modern practices and established industry standards.
- The learning management software proposed shall have the following capabilities and meet any listed compliance standards:
• Must meet WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 standards
• High quality video platform with a minimum 1080 pixel and 30 frames per second
• Closed Captioning capabilities including auto-captioning using machine learning
• Multi-language closed captioning
• Work with all browsers (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.)
• Accessible from a variety of commonly used mobile devices
• Unlimited storage space for document/video uploads and downloads
• Ability to create, perform and grade quizzes and tests online
• Comprehensive online gradebook
• Internal Course Creation/Authoring tools that support Multimedia content
• Ability to auto enroll users in courses on an annual basis
• Mass communication capabilities (i.e., with all participants in a class)
• Interoperability with third-party tools
• SCORM Compliant
• Ability to extensively group and manage users based on customizable user profile fields
• Ability to batch process users via file upload or direct database interactions
• Ability to auto enroll users in courses on an annual basis Cloud based solution, hosted off site
• Capable of providing all end-user support
• Archival system for users to print their certificates after training at any given time
