The vendor is required to provide that Levine act hosted online software that include:
- A comprehensive platform with the ability to streamline data management, enhance public access, allow submissions by outside parties, and integrate with multiple platforms.
- Objective statement:
• Implement a cloud–based system to streamline the Levine act declaration process for external applicants, bidders, proposers and county departments.
• Enhance data management, reporting, and public access capabilities.
• Pull data one way from the state secretary of state and the county of la registrar– recorder/county clerk’s electronic filing system.
