The Vendor is required to provide of a Microsoft teams certified e911 location services solution direct software manufacturers, who are Microsoft Teams certified, to discuss the capabilities of their branded solution.
- A Microsoft teams certified e911 location services solution in the agency current environment to assist in emergency location services.
- The Supplier’s E911 solution:
• Ability to integrate with existing on-prem cisco cc (contact center) environment including cisco emergency responder (CER) and with the board enterprise cluster Microsoft teams environment.
• Onboarding process to activate the e911 service and required configurations.
• Civic address validation, particularly for our remote users.
• User experience when a distressed user calls 911 while working in-office and remotely.
• Best pricing/subscription model suited for the board.
• Proof of concept procedures and applicable fees.
• Business continuity procedures to ensure customer service is not impacted.
• Market differentiation.
