Development of Warehouse Management System

The vendor is required to provide a warehouse and inventory management system to assist in overseeing storage, packing, and shipment of supplies to support electoral events across state and on an as-needed basis.
- The successful vendor must demonstrate their ability to:
• Deliver a robust warehouse management system with the following key aspects:
o Real-time inventory visibility
o Streamlined packing processes
o Mobile accessibility – a dedicated mobile app or responsive web interface that allows management of inventory using a touch screen.
o Data must be hosted either within country or within elections state environment
• Deliver a robust set of administration and management tools for office staff to manage inventory, purchase orders, and packing list templates.
• Plan and execute a robust project plan in collaboration with office staff.
• Provide comprehensive development, implementation, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and technical support as required.
• Meet all project timelines, including for development, integration, implementation, user testing, and deployment.
• Train office staff to administer and manage the features within the system.
- During an event, the warehouse department purchases and ships all the required items to set up and run returning offices and voting places, and for all other election activities.
- Outside an election year, the warehouse department maintains an inventory for two by-elections and any products left over from previous events.
