The vendor is required to provide ePortfolio and career exploration tools:
• control where content is shown, to whom and in what context and format;
• Empower a wide range of users with the tools they need to contribute content including text, images, audio, video, documents, links;
• Provide easy to use interfaces and the possibility for consistent division branding;
• Access content that is drawn from current, consistent and dependable and international libraries;
• Provide tools for planning and exploring career pathway options; and a.1.6 integrate with our existing infrastructure and systems

• Create multiple portfolios for different uses (e.g., class portfolio, career search portfolio, etc.)
• Insert text, image, video, audio, link and/or file.
• Add reflections to initial entry as text, image, video, audio, link and/or file
• Allow responses to reflections by teacher and/or parent/guardian
• Set goals with unlimited sub-tasks to track completion
• Securely share individual portfolios internally and externally
• Image/audio/video editing in browser

• Ability to receive student data from PowerSchool and PASI to populate actual high school completion to date.

- Career and post-secondary exploration (k-12+)
• Explore up-to-date and authentic apprenticeships, colleges and universities, workplaces and industry sectors including descriptions, up-to-date labor market information and requirements such as academic prerequisites and competencies giving preference to state.
• Explore this content in both official languages (English and French)
• Explore this content in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, German, mandarin, etc.)
• Filter apprenticeship, college and university, workplace and industry sector results based on high school plans, cost, requirements, location and other desirable options
• Ability to add apprenticeship, college and university, workplace and industry sector exploration information to any or all portfolios
• Ability to complete inventory quizzes to match career interests and postsecondary opportunities.
