Survey Software Application

The vendor is required to provide cloud-based survey solution that offers advanced features, seamless integrations, multi-platform and multi-channel distribution, robust security features, and compliance with industry regulations for accessibility and public health information while ensuring a user-friendly experience for both survey creators and respondents.
• Advanced logic features:
o The application must have both conditional branching and skip logic to tailor questions based on previous responses
• Data encryption:
o The application must have both of the following key management processes in place: key generation and key rotation
• Integration with security assertion markup language (SAML) single sign-on (SSO)
o The application must include integration with SAML SSO using Entra id for users (not respondents)
• Cloud based solution
o The application must be a cloud as a SaaS solution
• Application accessibility standards compliance
o The application must conform with act

• Consistent design across the whole application (i.e., buttons, menus, icons)

• Content is modern, minimalistic with simplified interface; important content stands out
• Users can find quickly what they need through search fields
- Survey features and analysis:
• Provides multiple question types
• Provides logic features such as skip logic questions
• Provides real-time analysis, reporting and respondent tracking
• The application displays real-time charts and graphs
• The application allows for exporting the data in .csv, .XLS formats
- Other requirements:
• The application provides an enhanced respondent experience through easy access on different platforms such as mobile devices, tablets, notebooks, etc. 
• The application has enhanced security access and controls, such as SAML SSO, data storage and end-to-end data encryption.
