The Vendor is required to provide legacy integration systems as part of a government-wide initiative to improve digital service delivery, interoperability, and automation.
- A key component of this initiative is the evaluation of workflow automation tools capable of integrating across diverse platforms.
- Workflow automation and integration platform should consist of the following:
• Deployable on premise (private cloud support is a bonus).
• Support visual workflow design (drag-and-drop).
• Handle 1,000 to 1,500 integration events per day.
• Seamlessly integrate with:
1. Amazon Web Services (AWS);
2. Microsoft Entra ID;
3. Google AI Studio;
4. Service Now; and
5. Data bricks.
• Provide support for secure APIs, web hooks, and event-driven triggers.
• Offer robust access controls and logging.
• Ensure SOC 2 compliance.
