The vendor is required to provide user-generated content (UGC) platform will support our marketing and content strategy by enabling us to source and showcase user-generated content effectively and display the assets we have gathered on state tourism’s websites.
- UGC platform include:
• Content sourcing: the ability to source user-generated content from our audience and community.
• Permission requests: a streamlined process for requesting and managing permissions for user-generated content.
• Embeddable galleries: the capability to create visually appealing, embeddable website galleries for showcasing user content.
• Call-to-action buttons: integration of customizable call-to-action buttons on assets hosted in the galleries to drive engagement.
• Content uploading: the functionality to upload existing photo and video content from our library for use in galleries.
- Requirements:
1. Platform features:
• UGC sourcing tools from all available social media platforms.
• Automatically gathers content from users we follow and tracks certain hashtags.
• Automatically recommends relevant content to request usage rights.
• User-friendly interface for permission requests and content management.
• Options for creating embeddable galleries with customizable templates.
• Integration of customizable call-to-action buttons within the gallery assets that allows gallery users to explore additional links and information as determined by our staff.
• Ability to upload existing content to the platform for storage and gallery creation.
2. Integration capabilities:
• Compatibility with our existing digital infrastructure (e.g., website which operates on the simple view CMS platform, and social media platforms currently posting to Facebook and Instagram).
3. Support and training:
• Availability of support during implementation and ongoing use.
• Initial acknowledgement of submitted tickets within 1 business day with status updates provided no less than once every 3 business days until resolution.
• Online training resources and a troubleshooting library to resolve common problems.
• Quarterly meetings with the account rep to discuss performance and it issues.
• Ticket submission system to address high-level concerns.
• The selected vendor must provide a comprehensive, secure, web-based ticket submission system to address high-level concerns, including but not limited to technical issues, project-related questions, and general service inquiries.
• The system must facilitate transparent, trackable communication between the vendor and our team.
• Resolution of high-priority ticket items must occur within 5 days unless otherwise approved.

• Clear breakdown of licensing fees, setup costs, and any additional charges (e.g., for premium features, support).
