Academic Human Resources Applicant Tracking System

The Vendor is required to provide to identify an applicant tracking system (ATS) vendor specifically and exclusively for faculty the entire faculty life cycle that items (searching, hiring, onboarding, etc.) that provides a highly customizable, user-friendly, and mobile-accessible solution capable of integrating seamlessly with existing systems, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the organization’s long-term faculty hiring goals which are crucial part of the research-based and teaching-based strategic plans.
- The new system identified will offer features to automate steps in the process and integrate with existing systems, thus streamlining processes specific to the needs of faculty hiring and the overall life cycle.
- Enhanced Functionality: Advanced capabilities tailored for faculty recruitment, offering streamlined workflows, robust reporting, and integration with other institutional HCM systems.
- Customizable Workflows, Reports, and Notifications: Accommodate highly customizable workflows to meet the unique needs of different departments, colleges, hiring committees, and faculty types including postdocs. Ability to configure custom reports and dashboards.

It should allow users to review applications, approve requests, and communicate with all stakeholders while on the go, ensuring flexibility and convenience.

•    Transfer existing data into the new ATS system.
•    Data Mapping Documents: Schematics showing how old data fields correspond to new ones.
•    Data Validation Reports: Proof that data has been accurately migrated and is functional within the new system.
